Why did they add the final scene in Mr. Toad's Wild Ride?

The character designs in Windwagon Smith and MK's Toad were done by fellow animator Rolly Crump.

Rolly Crump was amazing. Understood dark rides and made major theme parks feel hand crafted in personality. RIP.
