Why can't they run the Electrical Parade?

If you're talking about the upcoming Dark Days for the parade, they are not running Celebrate through Frontierland, as has been discussed and done before, Celebrate a Dream Come True will step off on Main Street, Circle the Central Hub, and then return down Main Street. Because the Electrical parade is much longer and cannot fit in the confined space, it will not be performed.

If you're not talking about that, my apologies, and I hope someone else can help.

The Main Street Electrical Parade will be dark January 20 to February 10 2012 The Celebrate a Dream Come True parade will use the Move It Shake It Celebrate It route around the hub and then back down Main Street. That route would not work for the MSEP because of the parade's length.

When they had this problem in Paris, they just limited the number of parade sections - do you think Disney would ever do this? Yes it limits the effect and magic, but at least your getting a different parade.

I can't see them ever doing that unless it was going to be for a extended period of time. Since it's only for a couple of weeks it's easier to just down the parade.

Your wish is their command. They have chosen zero (0) sections, as is appropriate.
