Each of the last two trips we've gone to WDW we have had one CM stand out as just excellent. I expect more from CM's than I do from anyone else in the service industry, but there are still those times you are just floored.

ONE - Jose, a waiter in the San Angel Inn, was amazing. My GF was sick, so it was just my baby sister (15 at the time) and I eating. He did all the normal waiter stuff great, explaining the dishes and checking in on us and just everything. But he did little stuff to, like offering to take a drink off our bill as I had only had half of it. He joked with us during the whole night, and was being GENUINELY nice. You could tell this wasn't an act, but he loved being there. We asked if we could have our picture taken with him, and to this day Mexico and the San Angel Inn have been propelled to the top of our WDW favorites.

TWO - Last Thanksgiving we had our dinner at the Crystal Palace. Our waiter was hilarious. We had a group of five, all between 17-24 years old. Once again my sister was there, and the waiter fake-wooed her the entire night. He serenaded her multiple times, including fake-fighting with another waitress, and, above all that he still kept an eye on us all night, making sure Thanksgiving was great.

You guys/girls get alot of flack because we all expect so much, but even with those high expectations WDW CM's find a way to set the bar higher. Great Job!
