Who's the baddest villain?

It's Maleficent without a doubt. Facing the wrath of her staff...my goodness! Not to mention she can turn into a dragon. Believe it or not, maleficent is an actual word in the dictionary! It means "harmful or evil in intent or effect". So the name speaks for itself!

Being myself a rather famous henchbird, and as much love as I have for The Mistress of All Evil, there really is no one that holds a candle (even a black and bloody one) to Chernabog.

I think Scar. It takes a lot of evil to kill your brother and blame it on your nephew, causing him to runaway so you can rule the kingdom that belongs to him. Awful.
AND he locked up zazu.

I'm going to go with either Maleficent or Scar. Both are pure evil.

Mine would have to be Judge Frollo. Enough said. That guy is just EVIL!

Eh...not really "evil". Frollo's religious fervor drove him nuts, but in the end, he was nothing more than a self-tortured soul trying to make everyone live a righteous life. He's the Disney version of Fred Phelps...a crazy old coot trying to make the world a better place (in his own deranged opinion).


My vote for most evil...Professor Ratigan.

Just listen to his villain song...

"Even meaner, you mean it? Worse than the widows and orphans you drowned?"

Okay, sure Captain Hook threatened the Lost Boys and attempted to coerce Tiger Lilly into giving Peter up by threatening her with drowning. But he never actually SUCCEEDED. Ratigan? Not only did he succeed, but his minions SING ABOUT IT with glee, then dress him up as a King.

AND THEN...he feeds one of his minions to his pet cat. Why? Because the guy, obviously in a drunken stupor and meaning no harm, INSULTED him.

And....he's based on a mixture of two of fiction's greatest villains, Professor Moriarty and James Bond's arch nemesis Blofeld.

Plus an extra ten points for being voiced by Horror Icon Vincent Price.
