Who's going to be participating in the Disney College Program this Fall?

I am! What section are you in? Also are you January 4th or 5th? I'm August 29th but I was almost positive my last day was January 4th. I'm having some roommate issues so if you know of anyone looking still then send them my way haha. I'm so excited. I'll be in attractions.

I'm in Custodial; I'm January 5th btw. I've yet to find a roommate myself haha; I have to check out the Facebook page to find some peeps.

The facebook page kinda stinks. I tried going on there today to write a comment but you can only reply to things they have posted and not start your own comment. I did post that I was looking for a new room mate though.

We should talk on here so that we know people when we get to Florida. Since I'm a girl we wouldn't be able to room together but nothing could stop us from hanging out. I will look out for you guys on check in day. I'm going to be staying at Disney the night before so if ya'll are too let me know and maybe we can hit up a park together.

Ugh, I just realized the deal with the August 29 group. I put in a request for entry into the group way back in early April, when I got into the program, and I just realized my request is still "pending". I'm guessing the group admin hasn't checked the group since March. There could be another hundred people wanting to get into the group... or looking for roommates... that can't.

I wonder if it's too late to create another group?

Create another group. There are at least a handful of us still looking for roommates and many many more who want to connect. I'm sure if you were willing to admin (I would help if you needed it) we could get it going. We are two months out so it can't hurt.

You should start your own FB group and entitle it "CP Fall Advantage 2012" or something like that. My DD started one for her spring program and has hundreds of members. She met quite a few of them and even found her crazy roommate there.

Thanks for the title idea. We aren't Fall Advantage so Maybe WDW CP August 29 2012 so that people know that it is for the August 29th people.

Lucky for me no photoshop was necessary. I just stole it from the on boarding website hehe. The Congratulations is its own picture and then all their text is on top of it so I just stole that background photo. Made my life much easier. I was going to scan and edit the one we were sent but then I found an easier route.

I think stealing the other group members is a great idea.

He was a Campus Rep so his arrival date MIGHT be priority. Three weeks is closing in on the Roommate Match Database that Disney provides so he is getting a bit antsy at this point.

Some have already closed. I don't get there until August 29th and my programs roommate match database is already closed.
