Who's been to a WDW Spa?

I'd like to visit one of the spas, but not sure which one is best. I looked at most of the packages/price lists, and they're pretty much the same. I was leaning towards the one at Saratoga Springs because I thought while my son and husband are at Disney Quest, I could just hop on the ferry right from Downtown and back. That's possible, right?

So...who has been to a spa, which one do you recommend, and what package you get there?

As both spas are owned and operated by Orlando-based Niki Bryan Spa Management, you will find that the services and excellent quality of both locations will be the same, and the prices will be the identical for the same treatments. Although many of the treatments provided are mirrored between both locations, each spa will have a few unique offerings. The best way to decide between them is simply which locations is most convenient to where you or your family wish to be? And yes, you could easily take Disney's transportation from Downtown Disney to Saratoga Springs Resort while your family is enjoying DisneyQuest.

Hope this helps! :sohappy:

Saratoga Springs Spa

Hi,
I've been to the saratoga springs spa and it was a wonderful experience!!
Upon arriving you are given a key to a locker that provides a robe and slippers to lounge in while you are waiting for your treatment. They have a beautiful locker/changing room with 2 saunas and a hot tub. The locker room also has showers (which are extremely clean!!) and provide various toiletries for your use. The lounge in which you wait for your treatment is very nice and relaxing, providing fruits and drinks. I would highly recommend Saratoga springs! Enjoy!

HELLO! DH & I just came from a week in WDW and had spa services at the GF. It was (in a word) HEAVENLY. I chose the Spa Manicure and Spa Pedicure. My therapist was Carla. She was wonderful. It was close to 2 hours even though I saw in their brochure 80 minutes. It was so relaxing as she did not want me talking but to just lay back and listen to soft music and sip my tea. The MASSAGE chair was so comfortable I thought I was going to fall asleep. The cost was $110.00! My DH had the Sports Massage and loved every minute of that as well as we compared notes upon leaving the SPA!!! We were very pleased with everything they had to offer us at the GF SPA!!:sohappy:

I had a swedish message at SSR this Jan. With tip and DVC Discount it was $100 even (88 before tip). It was very nice. One cute thing is they have a locker for minnie in the womens room. I have a few messages at different places (lifetime gym, Vero Beach) and this one was my favorite.

Nice spa experince, not a bad price. It would of been $15 more for Aroma thearpy.

Thanks for the bump and all the responses.

I think I'm definitely going to go with the Saratoga Springs Spa and I'm going to have the Adirondack Stone Therapy.

Sounds nice and fun and relaxing!

I can't wait!
