Good Morning Everyone, Happy faces only. Well after watching our first trip on DVD last night way back in 2004. We had 7 days at CBR ( before 7 days off site :( ) To be honest the resort didn't look that recognisable which got me thinking ( not again says Figgy ) But do you think returning to a resort you've stayed at in the past is an advantage.? Personally I do. Take PORS for example. It is quite a large resort with four mansion buildings over the Sassagoula and the Bayou section dotted all around, but after three stays there I can picture every corner and have no problem finding out where Acadian house is or Parterre Place,so what are your feelings on this,or is it just an advantage for larger resorts.?

We have the hardest time ever deciding to stay somewhere other than BLT. It's so hard to beat that location and we love and thoroughly enjoy our lake view there. A couple trips ago we tried Poly for a few nights to check it out before heading back to BLT and will never go back, just not for us. This upcoming trip I finally talked DH into 3 nights at BCV to kick off the trip before heading "home" to BLT. We love being familiar with our surroundings, especially with young kids. I may have to check out the Villas at GF when they open too though!
