Dr. Facilier, Ursula, and Mother Gothel have the best villain songs, IMO.

I'd probably pick Mother Gothel and Cinderella's stepmother as the most creepy to me, because instead of over-the-top Maleficent-style evil, they remind me of people I've met in real life.
