All right, here it goes:
MK>> Maintenance was lacking for a while, but Disney seems to be taking care of it now (at least it never got as bad as Disneyland!). Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for the park to be updated. Lengthen PoC (the rumored refurb is supposedly going to do this...if it happens), completely refurbish CoP and return it to year-round operation, either get a new attraction in TK or keep it open, etc. Not to mention adding Fire Mountain in Adventureland and doing something worthwhile in the 20K site. Overall, however, all of these suggestions (except for CoP and the 20K site) would merely be enhancements to an already-great park.
Epcot>> I agree with several points made already. Epcot's theming needs to be tight again, the way it was when it opened. Disney could start by removing the Awful Arm/Wand and sparkles so that Future World no longer has an identity crisis (Fantasyland or Future World? Who knows?). Restore Epcot to a world-class hybrid of World's Fair and Edutainment. Some of the buildings are a little old-looking. As for attractions, Epcot's great new ones have come with a heavy cost. WoL, which houses two of the best attractions in Epcot, is basically gutted and open only seasonally. TLS no longer has seacabs, a short but effective way of seeing more of the aquarium. With the Living Seas, Epcot has the world's sixth-largest ocean; but without the seacabs, you'd never believe it. Horizons, the only attraction that truly summarized Future World's purpose, is gone; and the new Imagination is a shell of its original glory. World Showcase desperately needs a new pavilion, too.
That said, Epcot remains one of Disney's greatest parks worldwide, and I still love it. For now, the cheapest--and most effective--way to restore Epcot's original atmosphere would be to remove the arm/wand structure. It looked great for the 2000 celebration, but now it just seems to weigh Epcot's lofty purpose down into cardboard-cutout land.
D-MGM>> Definitely more attractions. Unlike Epcot, everything at D-MGM (or should I just say "DS"--Disney Studios) is high-quality. However, the park really needs some more attractions so that it doesn't feel like Stageshow Land. A Monsters, Inc. standing coaster would add quite a bit to the soundstage area; and a family-friendly E-ticket (or even a D-Ticket) based on Mary Poppins, 101 Dalmations, The Love Bug, or some other popular classic would help balance the glaring rift between ages. The DS' best bet is to continue focusing on tried-and-true classics in a 1930s classic environment; this prevents dated attractions based on over-hyped, lousy films (such as the live-action 101 Dalmations area that was up way too long). The Indy Stunt Show is fun; but with Lights, Motors, Action, two stunt shows are too many. An Indy ride would be welcome...as would an updated Star Tours that takes Guests to various area (the way it was supposed to be when the attraction opened).
Like Epcot, however, all of these suggestions would improve what's already there, rather than drastically changing the park. I for one love the hat; it really emphasizes movie magic. But it needs to be moved. It's basically a huge table centerpiece right now.
AK>> Attractions, people! I don't care what Disney says; this is a well-themed zoo! EE is a coaster; but Busch Gardens already has that. Despite it obvious shortcomings, Disney saved AK by truly putting effort into the atmosphere (they skimped on attractions and atmosphere at DAC, but that's another topic). I agree with everyone who named Beastly Kingdomme as the park's savior: only a well-themed, immersive dive into fantasy animals will set AK apart from every other well-themed zoo on earth. To work correctly, however, Disney could not skimp on anything. Lighting, rides, costuming, etc. would have to be top-notch.
Thus, despite the changes the other parks need (especially CoP and the idiotic arm/wand at Epcot), the park that needs the most attention and something that distinguishes it from similar parks is AK.
There. I said all that just to agree with what others have said.
