There is something about walking through the Emporium and other shops on Main Street that is just Disney for me. When I was little, I would only buy my stuffed animals from the Emporium.

I voted the Studios ... I love the shop that has the high end collectibles and art in the Animation Courtyard, right next to The Magic of Disney Animation ... I have dropped so much money in their over the years.

this is one of the very few stores anywhere in the universe that I splurge. i have many posters for my dorm room and bedroom at home. I cannot wait to get my own apartment. i will decorate it with stuff i will buy thereI voted the Studios ... I too am a MouseGear fan. I like the Emporium on Main Street but I like the openness of MouseGear and how its not usually that crowded. But I'll take shopping any day at Disney where ever its at!

I love the Emporium, but World Showcase wins for having Mitsukoshi Department Store.
I really liked Mouse Gears when it was still the two-story Centorium.
Sid Cahuenga's One-of-a-Kind used to be awesome when they'd sell actual surplus costumes and props but now it's mostly autographs.

I loved the Centorioum. It was very 80's. Right now I prefer the Emprium but they don't carry that much discs anymore.

If we're talking the basic Disney shops for me it's Animal Kingdom. There are four stores on Discovery Island that are never crowded and pretty much have everything between them. And of course the Stores in Africa and Asia are great too.
If you're talking non-basic stores then of course it's World Showcase. (Not Mouse Gears though, Mouse gears, Emporium, and World of Disney are basically the same crowded noisy stores).
