I feel your pain. Long Island got hit too yesterday. Took a while to dig out. Could only get our doors open about 1/4 way and my fat dog refused to squeeze through.

My sympathies from here in Connecticut. I spent over four hours digging out today, and that was WITH a snowblower. The drifts from the wind were like nothing I've ever seen. I can see grass in by backyard, but had 3-4 foot drifts on the driveway. :dazzle:

I was talking to a vendor today in Miami. He said it was in the forties in Miami!

He was freezing!

We are still getting the blizzard here in Maine. It's been over 24 hrs and it hasn't stopped. I personally prefer to experience blizzards at Blizzard Beach, but that is just my opinion

I have said it over and over again...I will never leave the state of Florida. I'll deal with a hurricane every few decades over annual snowfall any day.

Be glad you live somewhere that is cold when its supposed to be. In Houston, its 29 in the morning, 79 in the afternoon on some days. Makes for great cold and flu seasons.

Im ready to either move north, or embrace climate change and hope like heck that the north moves south and the south moves further south. :ROFLOL:

I guess we all hate wintwer for whatever reasons.

But personally, I'd settle for a few of those 79 degree afternoons over our subzero wind chills.
