Which Value Resort do you choose? (And why?)

We are heading to WDW in late January 2010. I stayed at All Star Sports in 1995. But that is the only value I've been to. Right now we're leaning towards Pop Century.

Which value resorts have you stayed at?
Which one did you like best?
Why?
Have you found any value resort to be less crowded than the others?
Have you found any to be quieter?

I've stayed at ASSp & POP...prefer POP!
ASSp had cheerleaders...LOUD,LOUD,LOUD!
We did complain and that helped.
We stayed in the 50's when we were there...seemed quiet but I'm sure that can vary
