Which ticket to use?

Hello, this is my first time going to Universal orlando and I need some advice. we are 3 adults (all in 20s) and are staying in Orlando for 3 days (3 days and a half for max.) Our ticket choices are:

1. 2 day single park with 3rd day free -150$
2. 2 day park to park with 3rd day free -200$
3. 14 days unlimited to IOA, USF and wet n wild - $220

Overall number 3 is the best offer but we are there for only 3 days or so so I don't know if it's worth it. we do want to do a Waterpark but it's not an absolute must.
I just can't decide which is the best choice for us. I'm thinking it will be either number 1 or 3.

Also do u think early park admission is a must? We are planning to go there in mid-May.

Any kinds of advice/suggestion/tips will be very appreciated.

I would say #3- just in case you want to do something on the 1/2 day before you leave. Plus mid- May the parks will probably be open later, so if you did want to go to WnW for 1/2 a day, you can hit the parks at night- for $20 it's a great option.
