Which resort should I stay at for my Disneymoon?

Congratulations on your engagement!

I concur with other posters about a week at WDW and then a 7 night Disney cruise. My daughter got married at Disney. They stayed for a couple of days after the ceremony, then drove over to the Vero Beach resort to stay for a couple of days before their cruise, which happened to be one of the Star War cruises. If either you or your future husband are SW nuts, you'd enjoy those cruises. They typically run January through April.

I wouldn't do the week at one resort and then move to another. Unless you've driven to Disney or rented a car, you're going to have to find a way to get your and your luggage to a new resort.

If you can afford it, go for the Grand Floridian. My daughter spent her wedding night there. And ate dinner at Victoria and Albert's. Trust me, if hotel staff know it's your honeymoon, you will get royal treatment, We rented a 2 bedroom villa at the GF Villas. Our housekeeper was thrilled to meet my daughter and her husband and she cried when she saw my daughter in her wedding gown - and loved viewing the photos some of the guests took at the reception.

Keep us posted.
