Beach Club If you love Epcot, especially the World Showcase in the evening. Nothing beats watching Illuminations and then strolling back to your room. We are usually in our room, having a glass of wine on the Balcony before the masses at the other non-Epcot resorts have cleared Spaceship Earth. :) Another nice thing with the one-bedroom is the washer/dryer. If you are there for more than a few days you can pack fewer clothes and just do a load of Laundry in the room mid-stay. The pool is very nice as well. It is our favorite Epcot Resort and a tie with AKL for overall favorite resort.

Hi for a family of three 2 adults and 1 child (10).. Grand Floridian standard room, Contemporary standard room or Beach Club one bed suite& concierge....thank you in advance...
Contemporary if you plan on spending a lot of time at the MK otherwise the Beach Club. The concierge is really nice there, the pool is my favorite.

So pros and cons for all of them depending on what you want to do. If you are spending the majority of your time at MK, then the Contemporary or Grand Floridian best fit the bill. Our personal preference is the Grand Floridian, as we prefer that style over the Contemporary. We also enjoy using the monorail, and even if we would stay at the Contemporary, would probably not walk back and forth. They both have similar amenities, though we also prefer the restaurants at the Grand Floridian (V & A's is our absolute favorite!). The con is that people have reported that bus service to the other parks can be spotty, but we had no problems with it from the Grand Floridian.

If you might be spending more time at the resort, then the Beach Club 1 bedroom with Club Level is the way to go. It has absolutely the best pool complex in Stormalong Bay. Having access to the Club Level is a nice perk. So you are also within walking distance to 2 parks in EPCOT and HS. You also have the Boardwalk, Swan, and Dolphin a short walk away with more restaurants and shops close by. There is a really nice putt-putt golf next to the Swan, also only a short walk from the Beach Club. And of course, it is nce to have a bedroom all to yourself. My wife and I are DVC members, and even if it's just the 2 of us, we usually opt for a 1 bedroom unit. Oh, a minor correction. Someone previously mentioned the washer/dryer in the room. Sorry, but only DVC 1 bedroom units have the washer/dryer. The regular Club Level 1 Bedroom units do not have a washer/dryer.

Good luck!

Beach Club. The extra room is nice, so if your child goes to bed before you, you can go watch tv in the other room or something. Plus, you can walk to 2 parks & minigolf as has been said. Awesome swimming pool too!

If MK is the main park you are visiting I would say the Contemporary. The rooms are large and walking to MK is the best. But if not an MK family, then Beach. The ability to walk to both Epcot and DHS is great!!

If you're a monorail/ MK/ EPCOT lover, then GF is a must! You should stay there at least once. It truly is grand!
The Contemporary has Chef Mickeys, and if you're staying in the tower, it's well worth it. Eating at the California Grill and watching Wishes is also nice.
If you're a person who enjoys riding on boats, convenience to DHS and EPCOT, then Beach Club for sure! The best pool complex on property ( IMHO). Great access to restaurants and Boardwalk area too!

You just can't go wrong with any of them!
Have fun choosing!:D
