I too voted for Port Disney, and all for the same reasons. Sadly, it looks as though the only way I'll be able to visit such an amazing place is to save, save, SAVE $$$ and take a trip to Tokyo DisneySea some year. It will happen before I die.Port Disney for sure.

I'm surprised Dark Kingdom has such a wide margin in the poll, to be honest. Port Disney sounds like a much more intriguing and innovative concept (instead of more princess movies and fairy tales), and considering it evolved into DisneySea, I figured it would have been the favorite. Also, the idea of a coastal Disney park sounds very appealing.
DARK KINGDOM.
I just think it would totally bridge the gap between families and thrill seekers. A missed opportunity, in my opinion. Still hoping for something like it one day!
My choice would be the above. The Ultimate Retirement home built in an elevated position high above the Magic Kingdom. Every morning I would sit out on my balcony with a fresh cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll for breakfast. My room would be fitted with a speaker system piped in from the MK so I could hear the laughter from parents and children as they toured the park. And at night before my CM maid tucked me into bed,I would watch Wishes from the balcony. Now when can we start building,I ain't got long to go.:snore:
WOW Talk about magical!!
The minute you said Magic Kingdom and coffee you had my attension.
Only picking America because of the location. It would be a 5 hour drive to Williamsburg, VA instead of an 18 hr drive to Lake Buena Vista from PA. The concept was otherwise odd.
