We are staying at the boardwalk villas in june and will be doing one meal a day in our room. WHICH meal would be best or should we switch each day?? Maybe breakfast to save time, or since this is our first summer trip middle of the day when it is hottest, or a nice dinner/?

well what do you plan on doing during the day? Are you going to head out to parks until closing or do you come and go during the day?

If you're going to head out not to return until they kick you out of the parks, then breakfast is probably a good idea to eat in the room before you leave.

If you come and go alot or spend time doing other things like golfing, then i'd say lunch. You can get into whatever park is doing the Extra Magic hour for that day, ride the rides for a while, then come back and eat lunch, relax a while, and then go back to the parks, ride more rides, eat dinner in the parks or resorts, and then catch a nite time show.

I would say breakfast is the quickest and easiest meal to enjoy in your room each day.

It's hard to find breakfast food in the parks unless you go to a sit down restaurant or a character breakfast, which can cost quite a bit ....and maybe too much food for you as you prepare to ride a bunch of rides!!

The cheapest and most convenient way out is to bring poptarts, fruit, cereal, etc with you and let everyone have what they want before heading out for the day. The early risers can eat when they get up and be getting showered and dressed while the "second shift" eats. This saves a bunch of time too!

There's plenty of snack food places for lunch around the parks, but we always bring snacks like pretzels and crackers with us if we don't feel like eating alot.

The most enjoyable meal you can have out is dinner. It's far too much effort to prepare and clean up after in the room, unless you take a day or two for something simple like soup and sandwiches, hot dogs, etc.

HAVE FUN!

I vote for breakfast in your room. Breakfast is just easiest to do in your room. It also allows for a quicker start for your day.

If you wanted to save some dollars, instead of making dinner your big meal of the day, you could make lunch the big meal. The menus are pretty much the same, but the price point is less with just a bit smaller portion.

I'd say lunch. We go into the parks in the morning, come back to relax and eat lunch and then go back to the parks in the evening. It breaks up a long day on your feet. It's even easier staying at the Boardwalk Villas, since EPCOT and MGM are so close. First thing we always do is go off the property and buy somewhat resonably priced groceries.
