Star Wars - by a large margin. Personally, while I like Avatar, I don't think it has the pop culture staying power that Star Wars has. Marvel.....it would do well, but not like Star Wars. I wouldn't want to see anything related to Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter - I despise everything about them.
