If they were to bulldoze the Studio Park in Paris and/or renovate it into an exact clone of DCA, it would actually be an improvement.

Not what they're doing, thankfully, but it'd be the only resort where it'd be remotely beneficial.

Tokyo DisneySeas is the only successful second Disney theme park. They should clone it, but they won't because it's so specific to the location and it has the Volcano that requires a huge price tag. California Adventure is really a variation of the Studios Park. Epcot is a more elaborate Tomorrowland. Animal Kingdom is extending Adventureland into a full park. For better or worse, Disney just can't figure out second, third, and fourth parks. They under budget them and try to rescue them later.
