We've had:
- It's Tough to Be a Bug!
- Muppet Vision 3D
- Mickey's PhilharMagic
- Honey, I Shrunk the Audience
- Captain EO
Which do you think was the best? Which do you think was the worst?
My best vote goes to Muppet Vision. Aside from being the funniest, it makes great use of the medium and the concept fits the IP like a glove. The Muppet's meta shtick is perfect for a 4D show and the puppet medium means the ones that show up as animatronics really look like they just walked out of the movies/shows. Plus it has the preshow, which is just as funny as the actual show.
Then I would say the worst is PhilharMagic; it has the least going on effects-wise and it's not very funny. The best thing in there is that it's like an inverted Sorcerer's Apprentice where Mickey gets Yensid's role but I'm not sure if that's even an intentional joke.
(I've only seen Captain EO on a normal screen and saw HiStA way back when I was too young to remember much.)
