Which Disney Villain or Antagonist do you think should become meetable characters?

Everyone loves Disney Villains, and some like the antagonists. After last year's Villain's Unleashed event at Hollywood Studios. Which Disney Villain or Antagonist do you think would become a perfect meet and greet character? I have two that I wish would become meetable in future Disney parks. Remember this has to be obscure or past Disney antagonists that not many people have heard of.

1. Brom Bones (Legend Of Sleepy Hollow) Since The Headless Horsemen shows up before the Halloween parade in Walt Disney World. I think Brom Bones would be an interesting character to find at New Orleans Square. He also has a great song in the film.

2. Edgar (The Aristocats) While not many people have seen The Aristocats besides owning the Marie merchandise. Not many people have heard or remembered Edgar. Edgar was the butler for the owner (Forget or name along with that old man) who owns a family of cats. Edgar hears a conversation about her cats, and tries to find a way to let them go away. He puts some stuff in the milk for the cats to drink resulting in all of them sleeping for a very long time. He then takes them for away from their home and takes them to a nearby lake under a bridge. He later see's them again and captures them in a bag and puts them in a box and locks them. He also tried to burn them alive in the oven, only for the mouse (Forgot his name but was voiced by Sterling Holloway) to unlock the lock and save them. He is later put inside the box and is taken away from them.

While Edgar is not one of the best Disney antagonist and wouldn't fit with the Disney Villain line. He is one of the goofiest ones, since he constantly gets chased by a duo of dogs and is sorta of coward. I think Edgar would be an interesting character for guests to meet at the France Pavilion or during the Halloween event. I can already see him getting mad when ever he heard someone owning Marie merchandise or seeing them with them. Since he really hates the cats. I think Edgar and Cruella would have a very funny conversation with their dislikes for cats and dogs and how much they hate them.

What are you're ideas and picks for a Disney Villain/Antagonist that should become meet-able in certain Disney parks?

Madame Medusa, Madam Mim, Clayton, Hans, Gothel, Horned King, Yokai, Ratigan, Linguini, Edgar and honestly I would love to see puppet meet and greets with Ursula and Scar for example.

No
I guess many people have heard of him, but I think Judge Claude Frollo is a terribly scary villain who would be great to meet more regularly in the parks and is very obscure to meet now. The only time I've seen him in recent years is at the Halloween parties.

I remember the Horned King used to be found at Tokyo Disneyland a long time ago. He even showed up at an attraction that was inside the castle. I'm still surprised Clayton didn't show up back when Tarzan was new back in the late 90's and early 2000's. I really loved to see an Edgar meet and greet as a face character. He would make some good conversations with guests.

I heard Ratigan used to be found at the parks in the 80's. The Beagle Boys should become meet and greet character if the Ducktales reboot ever gets aired on Television in the future.

A second vote for Pete. Yokai would be cool too.

Not sure if they count as "villains" but I would love to meet Kronk and Yzma. ;) Especially if they were face characters... just imagine all their banter.

One of my memories from years ago is at MGM or DHS whichever it was at the time. There were a bunch of characters doing M&Gs up near the entry gate(Kronk, Kudzco, Quasi, and Frollo) among others. My daughter was very young(prob about 5 or so). The characters were finishing up their sets and were starting to walk in... my daughter got to see all but Frollo. I was holding her hand and we were running up to him from behind... Frollo all of a sudden turned around and looked down right at her with his sneering face and she was not smiling any more. Is it bad that I thought it was great because that was something I'D expect Frollo to do?

I would like to see Oogie Boogie do regular M&Gs as well as Pete and Clayton. As long as we are dreaming... how about Uncle Deadly? (only a partial villain really)

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
The face character of Hades... Particularly someone amazing at ad-libbing, because I can't ever get tired of the sarcastic comments he makes!!

Look up the Hercules Disney cruise line show or the villains show from HS and you can understand how simply awesome the actors portray him live! He's hilarious!

Yokai... with live working microbots!

Disney really should have their own super hero-themed land. Not just for marvel, but any Disney super hero movie.

I could see some really awesome thrill rides similar to Uni's recent style of simulator-dark ride thrills in Hollywood Studios. Think about what they could do with with The Incredibles, Big Hero 6 and Guardians of the Galaxy! Also all of the awesome meet and greets that could come with the area.
