Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland (OPO-V) is probably the closest, and based on what I've read online is the nicest.
Lake Buena Vista Outlets (LBV) is just a little bit farther away, and has a Character Outlet, which isn't strictly Disney but does have Disney merchandise. I can't remember ever having been in that one, but I've heard it described as "shabby". I have been to other stores in there, and at least relative to the OPO-V, shabby fits. They do, however, have a coupon for $5 off $40 on their web site and are not
too far from OPO-V, so if you've got a car and are out there anyway, maybe it would be worth your while to hit both of them.

The article below from Mouse Planet has a lot of good information about OPO-V. Although the article is old, the information still seems accurate as far as I know, and they tell you exactly how to get there (by car). When they refer to Belz, they're talking about what are now the Orlando Premium Outlets on International Drive. They actually bulldozed Belz a few years ago and built a whole new complex with similar architecture to the OPO-V outlets. This is the only one where I've personally visited the stores in question, and they are nice and you can find good deals. But it's all the way over by Universal and the stores are almost certainly going to be similar if not identical to the ones at OPO-V, so I wouldn't even consider going there.

Anyway, if I had to choose one I would skip LBV and go to OPO-V. Maybe keep LBV in your back pocket in case there's something you have your heart set on and you can't find it at OPO-V. Maybe you'll get lucky at LBV.
