Which Disney location will open first

In your opinion which worldwide resort will be first to open? Feel free to give a reason why below.

I still think Hong Kong could be first. They have a lot of casinos and tourism so they will be itching to get things up and going again. Let’s see how well this guess ages

I suspect Shanghai. China is ahead of the curve and there will be political pressure to open the resort and show things are back to normal

on the flip side what resort do people think will reopen last? I suspect it might be DLP.

I think it will depend on which country handles the pandemic best. Sadly the number of deaths will probably lead to the decision so personally I wouldn't really want to guess. Let's hope we beat this much sooner than later and can get back to normal life enjoying ourselves again.

Shanghai was the first to close.

Shanghai has the most reopened at this point (the main hotel and Disney Town).

Shanghai Disneyland will likely reopen first.

Disney had reported Shanghai would be in a phased reopening first and that had begun, so the rest will follow, probably from more from pressure from the Chinese govt to show the world their return to normalcy. I think Paris will take longer to chance an opening.

My theory is that Shanghai Disneyland will reopen first, with Hong Kong following shortly thereafter.

Mostly because I feel stricter rules will need to be in place and rules are harder to enforce in the land of the free. We also have more cases than any other country by a lot right now.

Florida will be last. The US response was months behind the rest of the world and people are still not taking it seriously. Mid April and our numbers are skyrocketing and show no signs of slowing down.

I definitely think that the parks in Florida will be the last to open too.

I believe Hong Kong will be the first to re-open, but we will have to wait and see.

Florida will be the last to open for sure. I suspect the parks in CA will open first, with a lot of restrictions. If that is successful, Florida will open shortly after.
