We did 1900 Park Fare for breakfast with Mary Poppins,Alice, Pooh,& Tigger. It was very nice characters took their time, food was good.
Thinking about doing dinner this July.
We also did Crystal Palace for breakfast with Pooh & friends. Characters came to table (not Piglet). Food was ok, characters not there long enough.
This is a maybe for July.

How is Ohana's breakfast at the Poly.? Chef Mickey's at Contemporary?
Just 2 others we are looking at. I think we will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge.

Thanks for your help.

We only did Crystal Palace, but that place was good! It had all the Pooh charactures there. Each one of them went to every table and spent some time with everyone. I thought Tigger and Pooh would never get around to us because when we came in, they had just pasted where we were seated, but Pooh saw this and got Tigger and they both came over and took pictures with us! I'm not sure if this is what happens consistently or if I just had a really positive experience, but I loved this place.

1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace are my favorite spots for character dinners. We just had dinner at CP last week and we are going to 1900 Park Fare for dinner next Saturday! We only use to do breakfast, but we found we enjoy the dinners more. Having said that, I think my son wants to do Ohanas now that Stitch is there.

Chef Mickey's for b'fast is great! We have been twice. The characters come to your table. When we were there last month they came by several times, we actually got to the point where we just looked at them, smiled, and kept eating because all autographs were done, all photos taken (even with Santa Goofy), wasn't much left after that!

Character Meals

Chef Mickey's for breakfast is a must. Characters are everywhere (Minnie, Pluto, Chip and Dale come to the table, Goofy stays in the lobby) and the food is plentiful and not bad. Liberty Tree Tavern serves a great meal (turkey, roast beef and ham) in a great atmosphere. Minnie, Chip, Dale, Goofy and Pluto come to the table. We've done Crystal Palace for dinner. Food is great, some of the best at WDW. Piglet, Pooh, Eeyore and Tigger come to the table.:animwink:

If we're doing character meals then its Chef Mickey's for breakfast and The Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner. I've always wanted to try the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe, but we haven't gotten there yet.

The one we didn't enjoy was the Princess Dinner at Akershus in Norway.

Liberty Tree Taven is my family's favorite. Great character interaction and great food.

This year we did Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's both for dinner (we usually had done them for breakfast). We enjoyed the characters at Chef Mickey's better but thought the food was better at Crystal Palace.

We go to Chef Mickey's for Dinner on the night we arrive to kick things off! We love that place as well as Liberty Tree Tavern for Dinner (we only went to dinner this past year and the Characters were very good but we love the food at Lunch and now Dinner! :sohappy: ) Crystal Palace was our first Character Dinner years ago and we loved the character interaction but our family did not like the food all that much. Have fun! <!-- sig -->
