Which Buffet?

It guess it is going to depend on what you are in the mood for when deciding where to eat. We really enjoy Boma's for both breakfast and dinner. Trails End is a great when you want the food of Hoop de doo without the show. 'Ohana's is great too. We enjoy Cape May when we are in the mood for seafood.
What I hate most is making reservations 180 days out when I hardly know what I want to eat tomorrow. But we usually go doing to the off season and we can change reservations at the last minute.
I love Cape May too, go every trip. I personally like The Tusker House at Animal Kingdom. Great Buffer, Great Orange Juice (Jungle Juice), and Classic Characters

The disney buffets are somewhat questionable. Let me preface by also saying I am in no way an expert as I have only been to a handful. Boma at at AKL dinner was amazing. If you really want to have your fix at both African and American dishes Boma is the place to go. In contrast, Boma breakfast not that great and there was hair in the eggs and the manager seemed to not care until I had to physically bring him over and show it to him.

No, not buffet style...the speatzle will get dry. As far as the Schitzle goes, yes, I will use veal instead of chicken.

My kids love when I bring out the spaetzle maker and make spaetzle! As little more labor-intensive than throwing a box of pasta in a pot though so I don't do it often. :)
