I've got a few...
- Front of the Monorail at night, riding around feeling like your the only person that matters in WDW
- A hammock on the beach at the Polynesian, watching Wishes, and then the electrical water pageant.
- Grand Canyon Concourse at the contemporary, seeing monorails passing by overhead. This is my first vivid memory of WDW when I was a kid and we stayed there in 86.
- The Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian, specifically two years ago. There used to be a live musician named Van'a that played there, and my wife and I saw him play frequently for about 4 months, and then every week for his last four weeks at the resort. We ended up becoming quite close. On his last night, he gave my wife his lei (made with real flowers!) that the staff at 'Ohana had given him. I miss live music.
I mean, the hukilau and the coconut races are nice, but it's no live set...
- The Christmas store in Liberty Square. My wife and I have bought a new ornament there every November for the past 4 years for our anniversary. It really means a lot to both of us.
- Anywhere I can hear and watch the Candlelight Processional.
- Finally - right in the Hub at night during MVMCP at the MK. Watching the Holiday Wishes show and being able to just bask in the Christmas Spirit and hold my wife close to me as we're both practically crying from being so overwhelmed with how beautiful everything was. That's my most distinct memory that I don't think I'll ever forget.
