hakunamatata's description was basically right on. Just a quick note, the reason they were "E" tickets was that the ticketing structure was based on the letters A-E. A-tickets were for the most basic rides (WDW Railroad, Main Street Cinema, etc.). The attractions increased in quality from there. For example, Dumbo would probably be a B-ticket, and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin would be a C or D-ticket.macsmom said:Thanks for the answers. I was thinking "extreme" or something along that line.

goofyfan13 said:If I am not mistaken they have the most E-tickets, the only thing I'm not sure about is how many Epcot has compared to MK.
goofyfan13 said:Nope, Disney created a new level of attraction for this one, it's called the F-ticket! Okay that sounded better in my head... :brick:
B-b-b-but this ticket says they had eight in 1971. Shouldn't they have more than that now?Huge Dreamer said:You are mistaken Mk only has 2, Epcot has 3, MGM has 3, and DAK has 1 (soon to be 2).

Pirates of the Caribbean
Jungle Cruise
Country Bear Jamboree
Haunted Mansion
Hall of Presidents
It's a Small World
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea
Space Mountain
I wasn't born yet, but this is what allearsnet says
Animal Kindom has got at least 3 that would have counted as e-ticket rides back in the day. Kilamanjaro Safari, Dinosaur, and Kali River Rapids would all have cost an e-ticket to ride given the original '71 standards.Huge Dreamer said:You are mistaken Mk only has 2, Epcot has 3, MGM has 3, and DAK has 1 (soon to be 2).

Is that F ticket, like "What the F were they thinking when they built this?":lookaroun
Not at all. Pirates of the Caribbean is an E-Ticket just as much as Tower of Terror.Huge Dreamer said:I thought E-Tickets are the Big Thrills?
Im curios though. You said MK has only 2. Even if you thought E-Tickets were only the big thrills, I would think MK should have three.Huge Dreamer said:My bad.
On the Walt Disney World official website, Magic Kingdom is said to only have two big thrills: Space and Splash Mountains. Big Thunder Mountain is considered a "Mild" Thrill.peter11435 said:Im curios though. You said MK has only 2.
