Where to stay (off site)

Planning a trip (finally) for October 2022 and prefer to stay off site for financial and privacy reasons. It seems a lot of the houses are already booked in the neighbourhood we have stayed in before (Veranda Palms). Was hoping for a few suggestions of good areas to look for keeping in mind proximity to the parks and obviously safety. Prefer a house or possibly a townhome for 4 adults.

We have stayed in the Windsor hills community I believe 6 times now. We prefer it since we know the area. It’s a pretty quick and easy haul to the parks.
