Where to find Donald Duck in Sailor Suit

Hi Disney folks! My fiance loves Donald Duck and we tried to find him last year in his sailor suit and we were unable to. Does anyone know which park he might be wearing this outfit? I know that he is in Mexico with his sombrero and at Dino Land as well.
