I have wondering where one can get the best deal?
Kingdom Konsultants or Small World Vacations?:D

I am wondering what experiences others have had with either of these sites?

Looking at going to DW for 10-11 days plus hit Universal for 3..
Thanks for any advise:cool:

Any Travel Agent will get you the best deals they can find. Disney-knowledgeable agents like Kingdom Konsultants will keep up to date with what's out there and if something better comes along, they'll make sure they let you know.

For WDW and almost every other Disney Destination, unless an agency is giving a kickback in the form of a gift card or autograph books etc (very few do this (gift card) for WDW or DLR, more do it for DCL(shipboard credits)), when pricing an exact apples to apples comparison, with an agency or with Disney directly, the price should be the same TO THE PENNY.

When comparing travel agencies, your biggest differentiator should be service.

This. Pretty much the only reason why one agency should be more or less than another is their knowledge of discount codes that Disney releases. And those are the same that go out to the general public, good Disney specific TA's jump on those the day they come out to try to help their clients. And those may or may not apply to packages.

Yes, booking a package through Disney direct may get you a few perks like a free luggage tag, but thats about it.

And remember, a package generally won't save you any money over booking separately unless your package has free dining. And sometimes it may cost you more since you pay full price for the ticket instead of buying them discounted through a reseller like Undercover Tourist. The cost savings of the DDP are always up for debate around here.

I cant speak for any other agency, but we at Kingdom Konsultant Travel give the luggage tags that are sent to us by Disney as well, so there is no difference there. Marie

if you are a AAA member, they are also a possibility. they set up our first trip several years ago and we were very happy. they also offer perks that only they can (special seating for parades, storybook princess readings, preferred parking at the parks if you are driving just to name a few) again, you have to be a AAA member and they need to book the trip for you. for the $60 fee a year it was worth it for the storybook reading alone!

Just a word of caution - make sure that your AAA agent is Disney-savvy - and that the price they are quoting you includes the AAA discount - it may be the same price that you can get from Disney directly - some of their agents don't check to see if the price includes the AAA rates.

We worked a little with Travel With the Magic. The lady is very nice. But we decided since we have AAA we are using them to help us drive there as well. Didn't know there were extra perks! Can't wait to check it out.

I have to say that if we didn't have a Disney Gift card to buy our tickets with we would have booked through expedia. They had a good price and a good deal on tickets. Only thing you have to pay all at once. But I like having it all paid for before we get there.

Just an idea.
