Where should I eat?

Ok, well I have been to Disney World many, many times but have not experienced the sit down dining aspect of it that much. I have eatin at the old Italian restaurant at the World Showcase, ESPN Cafe & Spoodles at Boardwalk, and the two diners at MGM. Other than that I have eatin at various locations in the parks. Even though I am no stranger to Disney this is actually the first time I will be staying in an on site hotel. I will be at the Coranado Springs Hotel. Besides Boardwalk I really havent been in any other hotels as well. So my question for all of you is which restaurant should I go to. I will only have 1 night to eat a nice dinner with my longtime girlfriend because I will be with her family the other two days.

Anyway, please any suggestions are welcome. I have read that California Grill was good as well as Le Cellier and Yachtmahs from going through these threads. Hopefully I will be able to get a reservation since I am going pretty soon but if not the recommendations will be saved for the next trip. Thanks.

There are many many good restaurants at WDW, almost too many to name, but I can at least give you our favorites.
Breakfast: Whispering Canyon Cafe, Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's
Lunch: Sci-fi, any restaurant at EPCOT's World Showcase
Dinner: Le Cellier, Liberty Tree Tavern, Cape May Cafe, and we are tying Ohana for the first time next trip because we've heard such good things about it.

Thanks for the reply. I actually ended up booking a restaurant last night. My GF wanted to eat at the World Showcase so I decided on Le Cellier. Well I called and they were booked so I ended up booking the Chefs de France. Oh well, hopefully it is good. I looked back a few pages and found a thread on it with most people enjoying it. My gf said when she last went through the showcase and passed by France she noticed that there was another restaurant on top of it. Is this a better restaurant?
