Where is Ariel??

Where can Ariel be found, other than in her grotto in the Magic Kingdom? Does she attend any character meals? Is there still a Little Mermaid show somewhere? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!

Aside from the grotto at MK Ariel can be found at MGM at the little merrmaid show. Get fast pass to go if you do. The only difference is they let all the fast pass people in before standby, so sometimes there isn't enough room for the standby people. (if you sit too close you will get wet.)

She can also be seen in botht he MK and MGM parade.

The only place you can get up close and personal is the grotto. Last year we made sure to visit in the am before the lines got too big.


I asked about meals, they said Ariel is not at any due to her limitations as a merrimaid getting around.

Good luck, our 2 year old DD is a huge Ariel fan.

Remember if you go during colder weather...Ariel is only out if the temp is 60 or above. We stood on line for over an hour, with a VERY long line behind us, the temp hit 59 and they pulled her in. We were the last family in to see her and there were a lot of angry parents and crying kids left behind. Of course if you are going soon you may want to bring a cold water bottle...its HOT.

Wow--I didn't know Ariel was pulled due to low temperatures.

I know that Jasmine has a cape for colder weather.

Perhaps Ariel can get some sort of seaweed wrap to keep her warm??

I was told and have read somewhere that she is one of the princesses that may come to the Princess breakfast in Norway. I don't know if that is true or not.

We were told last week that Ariel is only seen in her grotto, show and parades because it too hard for her to move around with the fins. She will not be at any character meals.

She is not one of the princesses that appear at the character breakfast at the Norway pavilion. I think your best chance is at the grotto in the Magic Kingdom.
