We have a winner! It was part of the "Living Statues" they had on Pleasure Island for several years after the clubs shut down.

I think it is fair game, I'm not here to get every one but every one broadens my knowledge of WDW so I like them

Always fun to see the end result. I still maintain the building was La Nouba at the time, which was located at Downtown Disney Westside and not PI.

Opps You are correct. The "Living Statues" were on Pleasure Island. This one was for Halloween down by La Nouba. Thanks for the catch! I took this in October 2015. The PI ones were gone by 2013.
