Colder than the pavilions neighbors
Thanks @spacemt354! This is thread is so awesome! I plan on having some serious fun here!Hey @Siren @Pionmycake @wdwbaw and all our new imagineers - you might like this thread!
We post pictures of places around Walt Disney World, and then we guess where and what they are. Sometimes MonorailRed actually does live photos from Disney which is fun too
But here, since it's Saturday - let's kick off the weekend with this!

Okay, half a semester of AP Art History don't fail me now! Due to the carvings it is quick to assume that this is not found anywhere to do with America, and for that matter nothing in the Magic Kingdom. Quite quickly you can eliminate the modern themed Hollywood Studios, and the "futuristic" Future World. This leaves only a handful of locations left at the World Showcase, and Asia at Animal Kingdom as the majority of the other lands don't have stones in that color that could be carved.
Throw in your frozen hints "cold as ice" and "colder than the pavilions neighbor", and I would like to submit my first answer of the Norway Pavilion
