Update on the console TV. The antique store is now using it as part of their New Year display, but it was still for sale for only $15. Turns out it still works. They need it to stay there as part of the display through Sunday, but I’ll be back to pick it up on Monday. Now I just need an office to put it in.

Yesterday. It’s nippier today.
My family will be ringing in the (fake) New Year the same way we have the past couple years. By watching the Disney Parks livestream of the MK fireworks.
I said "fake" because it's always a big deal for east coasters, and then we central time zoners are kind of forgotten about.
