What is the whole saying on the puppy basket?
Doesn’t matter how many times I turn my phone, I can’t get the pic to slide to the right so I can read it.

In addition to my Marty Moose glass I got one of those old style ceramic Christmas trees, a teaching series by R.C. Sproul, a subscription to Tabletalk, a leatherbound edition of Moby Dick, a Goonies shirt, Stranger Things Monopoly, a ceramic owl, socks, and two gift cards.

One of my Disney Christmas decorations was a Disney ceramic Christmas tree. My mom has one that used to belong to my grandparents, and it's my favorite Christmas decoration. I'm not nearly into retro things as you are, but that is one thing I love.

They are really cool. It seems everyone’s grandparents used to have them.
My mom wasn't going to put it out this year, but I persuaded her otherwise. It's missing a couple bulbs, but it's not noticeable unless you're looking for them.

My grade 11 teacher was so beyond impressed that I knew the opening line to Moby **** that I didn’t have the heart to tell him I’d learned it from an episode of Love Boat.
Alright, I'm calling it a night for this Christmas. I hate to see the season go, as this turns into my least favorite part of the year: the three to four (or last year's 5) months of cold, dark, gloomy, wet, sloppy, snowy, icy weather. But I'm happy to have had another holiday season. Merry Christmas everyone!

They actually sell replacement bulbs. You can get a big bag of them for about five bucks.

Amazing, isn't it? All the hype and build-up of excitement, and it's over in 24 hours --for another YEAR!
I always feel let down the day after Christmas.That's very organized, I must say.
My dinner was super easy -- hubs baked a lasagna, my sister made a salad, and I bought dessert from the grocery store. All I did beyond that was set the table to look all nice and pretty for Christmas, and that was it! Easiest Christmas dinner on record for moi!

Messy kitchens give me anxiety. I’m kinda a weirdo that way. Everything turned out great but the highlight of the meal was without a doubt the cheesecake I made. Classic Philadelphia cream cheese recipe. These things are classic for a reason.Amazing, isn't it? All the hype and build-up of excitement, and it's over in 24 hours --for another YEAR!
