Quick roundup from Dollywood today. Weather was cool in the morning, warm(ish) around lunchtime to late afternoon, chilly tonight. Leaves starting to turn some in places.

Believe it or not, there were a few hours when it was kinda sorta warm enough to ride the River Rampage today. I did not. And from the looks of things, not many others did either.

Yup, I just learned that today, myself. Gosh it's bad enough that they're around from spring to early fall, let alone winter.

Adorable!! Heck, we don't go for almost a year and we're still in the spirit. We've been making Minnie ears, and we've spent the last 2 days doing nothing but shopping for supplies. I was finally able to get material for a Minnie Mouse dress for at least my daughter, if not for myself. Now to find a pattern.

Thank you. Just got home a while ago, and logged on here and saw your message. I didn't have a clue about tornado warnings! What I can tell you is that we're having some wild thunder and lightning storms now. They're dying down a bit. (P.S.: Don't worry, Nemo about tonight--they're still expected to get in the ball game. Hubs and his buddy are going tomorrow night for the 2nd game.)
