That sounds good. I've never had blueberry bread pudding--wonder if it's as tasty as a blueberry cobbler? I could see both of them being warmed up and adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!

I used frozen blueberries, which wasn't awful, but fresh would have been better. I had a lot of hamburger and hot dog buns left over from the family partypalooza last week, so I figured it was a good way to use them up.

He sure did like Ample Hills. I knew he would.
I'm surprised he didn't suggest staying at one of the Epcot resorts next year.

Oh my goodness, if you guys stayed at one of the Boardwalk area resorts, he'd be in heaven. There are THREE good ice cream places: Beaches and Cream Soda Shop, The Fountain (at the Dolphin), and Ample HIlls.

The Beach Club is my favorite. The location, the pool, the feel of the resort. I love it.
