Pokemon Go won't let me log in today, probably because it's a Saturday and the servers are jammed more than they normally are. Apparently my friends are addicted to it and are ahead of me in the game even though they didn't start until after I did.

Having a job is not good for this game. Every gym has insanely powerful creatures running it. Also I just have terrible luck with finding things despite both my offices having lots of stops nearby.

I've been working night shifts this entire week, so I pretty much kill time at home until work. I work tonight, then I have tomorrow off. Next week I work Monday and Wednesday, then have off again until the following Monday.

Does the game work by GPS? My daughter is hoping she can scoop them up by the hundred from the plane when we fly to Florida next week. I told her I think we will be moving too fast.

I was riding in my friend's car the day I got it, and I caught about 5 on a trip across town.

I also got to work today and caught a Volpix in the parking lot. The parking lot usually has about 3 or 4 Pokemon every time I get to work. Never any at the end of my shift, though.
