The new new fridge is coming tomorrow morning, so yay! guess who just emptied out the fridge and freezer again and took it all downstairs.

On the sort of plus side, Hubby won't let me spend any more money until I get back to work, so the rest of the transformation has to wait.

Here's the problem though, the tv stand I want is discontinued, and there are only a few of them still available. Plus, the "save the tax event" (13%) ends shortly, so I think we (and by we, I mean he) may have to bite the bullet, and let me buy it now.

Love the chairs!

You won't love them as much once I tell you that one of the reasons I picked them is because the back of them is too narrow to comfortably accommodate the kitties. They practically destroyed the other chairs I had. Multiple times a day I was trying to re-shape that back cushion.


Look at how comfy and pillowy these chairs were. The new ones - not so much.

And ugh! I have long hated those ugly sheers.

Mother Nature is a bit of a cranky pants.
Yesterday was the warmest Feb. 3 on record - mid-50's, and I celebrated by wearing a jean jacket and flip flops all day.

I put my flip flops on to drive Avery to work this morning, and had to come right back in and put on boots. Winter has returned. I even had to spend a few minutes clearing my car. Crazy!

I know nobody cares...but Texas is having a good college football signing day today. Picked up the number 2 safety prospect in the country and now the number 2 linebacker prospect in the country.

That would be around 12 cents in real money wouldn't it? And yes, it is time you get back to work before you both end up bankrupt and #1 and #2 have to start supporting you.
