I'm already in the planning stages of my new theme park. Mark my words, everyone here will get an attraction or restaurant named after them. Annual ticket price increases will NEVER outpace the average trend of inflation, and you can guarantee that at least 80% of all park offerings will be open & operating during your visit...even during slower seasons.
On second thought, I'm just gonna buy the University of Utah. This won't displace any of the students or faculty. I just want my very own office & dorm penthouse overlooking all that heavenly snow.
