This new Google logo is messing with my head. I do like it, although it'll take some getting used to.

• National Honey Month
• National Mushroom Month

• National Organic Harvest Month
• National Papaya Month
• National Potato Month
• National Rice Month
• Whole Grains Month

Wine Season and Oyster Season both begin September 1. And, some foods that don’t get their own month get their own week:

• International Bacon Day (Saturday Before Labor Day)
• National Ants On A Log Day (2nd Tuesday)
• National Waffle Week (2nd Week)
• Biscuit and Gravy Week (2nd Week)
• Vegetarian Awareness Week (2nd Week)
• International Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Day (3rd Friday)
• National Wild Rice Week (4th Week)

If your organization didn’t lobby hard enough, you may just get a single day. Still, that’s enough for us to celebrate!

Ever had a true beignet? They are much better. A full doughnut, not just pockets of air. But the FQ ones aren't bad.

I love when people use FB to take "anonymous" jabs at people they don't like. It's quite entertaining, especially when the person it's intended for comments back.
