Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

That moment in a crowded queue when you get a whiff of someone's BO, and you know it isn't you, but you surreptitiously check anyway.

I've told this story before but it's relevant here so you're getting it again:

We were on line for Soarin' - the posted wait time was 45 minutes but we actually waited an hour and a half. (This was coincidentally the trip I decided it was either Fastpass or no ride for Soarin'). At around 45 minutes in, my son, who was around 5, decided to make friends with the women in front of us who had European accents of some sort. In the middle of regaling them with tales of kindergarten he yells out, "If anyone smells a fart, it was me!". We then spent the next 45 minutes with them speaking in some sort of language I didn't recognize, looking at my son and laughing.

Hopefully they were German.

I am no longer a Gator-virgin!
FINALLY spotted my first real-life, in the wild, Florida gator. At MK no less.

Excuse my finger in the first pic, I was very excited.

Yeah, yeah, he's just a little one, but nonetheless I saw him in the Rivers of America.

He was still there when we came out of Splash more than 1/2 hour later.

I saw a big one in RoA on my second ever trip. We were on the raft over to TSI.

Lunch at BoG (while we're waiting for dinner at Narcoossee's):
Hubby and I had the braised pork. To me it's pot roast, and it's delicious!

I swear there is a pound of meat there. I ate at least half, and this is what I sent Hubby's way:
image.jpg

I am not enamoured of BoG desserts, so I stuck with the chocolate orange eclair. Hubby too.

The kids each had the croque Monsieur.

Gen had the strawberry cupcake. She said it was good. Jordan had the Master's cupcake - the grey stuff. He also enjoyed it. I've had cupcakes here twice before and they were both wet. In case you've forgotten, I do not like Disney cupcakes. :joyfull:

Excuse idiot-boy's face. He is bound, bent and determined to spoil every picture. Sigh.

Be Our Guest for lunch is a very good use of a QS dining credit.

Jordan and I had the exact same meal there. Croque monsieur with a Master's cupcake. I approve of both!
