Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
It's official. And I am sad.

I have outgrown Canada's Wonderland. We had a good run. 1981-2015 - but it's over.

We had a lovely day. I rode Leviathan once, Behemoth twice, a half dozen other rides, and I terrorized adults and children alike on the bumper cars. But I am so done with 1 hour waits for a 3 minute coaster, and then another 45-60 minute wait in a full sun, 100% metal, unthemed switchback.

I want a 10 minute ride. I want a story. I want a themed queue. I want a show in a theatre with a/c, a cushioned seat, and maybe an animatronic or two. I want a Dole Whip.

But mostly right now ... I want my ankles back. Please contact me if found.

I can't do my local 6 Flags without their FP pager thingy that you have to pay way too money for. We waited 15 minutes at the longest when using it. At one point for El Toro (big wooden coaster) we would be scanned and let into the load area, I'd book El Toro while waiting for the next train, ride, get off, and then walk back into the FP line. Rode several times in a row without dealing with the 20 minute wait it had at that point.

I could have sworn that I saw Bob Saget in some of those Fuller House photo's... could that be were he is and not isn't?
A few pics from the Falls. I know I've visited dozens of times in my life, but I hope I never become blasé about one of the World's true Wonders of Nature.

I like this deceptively calm photo:

And a tree. Just a tree.

I told you I was stationed there, actually in Niagara Falls (the city not the water) in 1968/69. At the time I was there the Army Corp of Engineers managed to shut off the American Falls to see if there was a way to clean up the rocky mess at the bottom of the falls. They spent days hauling bodies out of the place and then looked at the situation and decided that it was the junk that was holding the rest of the falls up and if they were to remove it, it would become the American Rapids very quickly.
Get on it! Pretty soon I'll be posting mine simultaneous to yours.

I'll post my pics and incredibly witty commentary  on the daily like last year. In this thread this time. Last year I shared with CCCC.
It's your turn to be bored by food and funny hat pics.
Oh, he'll be on here posting alright, you know how @PUSH loves to be the center of attention. Look at all the crazy things he said and did when he worked there, you know, before Meg fired the bum. Anyway, looking at your and his pictures saves me from having to spend money to go see it myself and I do have a rather expensive trip, to (gasp) someplace else, lined up in a couple of months. So let's have a picture posting war.

Bob Saget is a mysterious being. He could be staring at you right this very second through your computer or device screen, and you may not even know it. Scary, yes?
Well thanks, I just tipped my screen forward to check if he was behind it and it caused my glass of water to tip over. I hate that Bob Saget guy. The big sneak. BTW, he wasn't there.

So here's my day so far:

Alarm went off at 6:00 AM. Snoozed until 6:20. Put on workout clothes. Went to walk the 3 dogs. Yes 3. Sid goes first. He decides to run over to where we had the cesspool pumped in advance of the 60 people coming over Saturday since I refuse to get a port-a-potty and ROLL IN THE GRASS. Now he smells...well...let's just say bad. Really, really bad. I went inside, got the dog wash, grabbed his collar, then the hose, and gave him a bath. I thought he'd be bothered by the cold water but he LOVED it. I mean could not have been more happy. Weird dog. Then I walked the other two, one by one, on the leash. Fed them. Exercised. Got my daughter off to music camp. Got my son off to sweaty camp. Went back home because I left all the windows open and it's going to rain (and hopefully wash away whatever is stanky over in the grass). Got to work at 9:30.

Quite the glamorous life I lead.
