So today I didn't have to work, and instead I spent too much time watching season 12 of Survivor. I went from pre-merge through the final 5. Oops. But I love Terry! Going to be exciting to watch him next season! Challenge beast!

The airshow is this weekend, so we've had the Blue Angels flying overhead for 2 days now. Way cool!

I always look forward to The Blue Angels coming to town. They fly around for two days before their show to get acclimated to the new airspace. It makes for some interesting sights especially around the airshow arena.

We either get the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds every year (except for the year that the state cancelled the air show because of the federal cutbacks...)

You ever have those times when you really want to buy something that you know isn't realistic, just because it's such a great deal? At work I noticed nice air hockey table on clearance for $50! With my discount it would be $45, plus I have a coupon to get $5 back in points on a $35 purchase, so it would really only be $40. But I don't really have room for it, and it probably wouldn't get used. But it's so tempting...

Actually, I pretty much forced my friend's sister to sign up for one the other day. Then I told my assistant manager I got and enrollment, and she was so proud. I didn't tell her it was a friend who only signed up because I made her feel guilty if she didn't.
