FYI - the commission for new homes sales is nothing compared to re-sale. With only 26 homes for sale, this is not the site at which to become ridiculously wealthy. If he can be in and out in a few months, it will be a nice chunk of change. (Not enough to buy that Florida condo, by a long shot.)
Anyway, the point of my post was ... that's basically a $450,000 price increase in just less than a year. Ridiculous!
