My auntie, the missionary is on her way home. She lands in Toronto just before noon tomorrow.
While I'm excited that she's coming home, she's returning 6 weeks early because she's sick.

Unfortunately, it may be serious.
She's got an appointment to see the specialist already booked for Thursday.

Gosh I hope she's OK. Good she's getting treatment here though. I mean there.

I've heard rumors of us getting the following:

Sonic (probably 7 or 8 years ago)
Kohl's (probably 4 years ago)
A&W (4 years ago)
A second McDonald's (probably 4 or 5 years ago)

Only the A&W has come true so far, but even then that could be like Disney and end construction after digging.

We had a "Dunkin Donuts Coming Soon" sign near me for 18 months but when they started construction finally it was open within about 5 weeks.

I vote for Survivor!! It was a pretty entertaining episode.

I finally caught up!! Now I need to catch up on the thread.

I had a chicken wrap, fries and diet coke from McDonalds for lunch. Oink.

Why does anyone order a diet Coke at McDonald's....the harm has already been done, the Diet Coke isn't going to help.

Oh Lord...I disconnected all messages from my email account. I got tired of deleting hundreds of emails per day.

Yeah, she's pretty cool.

Her trip was delayed two weeks because of a lung infection over Christmas. Despite aggressive treatment, she still hasn't fully recovered.
The underlying problem may be the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis that was diagnosed in 2011.
If that's the problem ... it's a serious one.

Absolutely, that is what my Mother died from. Can be very bad... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. (See I'm not always mean)
