It thinks I'm "at a loss when it comes to practical tasks" even though I answered that I change my own flat tires.
I'm old, I'm a bit of a Princess, and I have both a Hubby and CAA; ergo, no need to change my own tire.

I almost went out this year, but I needed to make a reservation and some people wouldn't give me a straight answer whether they would come or not so I cooked and hoped people showed up.

I used to really love Outback, but in recent years, or perhaps just our local one, I have be totally meh about it. The Bloomin Onion always seems to come out solid as a rock (overcooked) and the beef isn't all that spectacular either, at least not for the prices they charge. I used to go there just for the Bloomin Onion alone, now the Onion Petals at Lonestar are why more enjoyable.

I went to my mother in laws. It was one of the few times ever that she did NOT make a good meal. Usually she rocks these things. We had ham - and it was ridiculously fatty, over-cooked broccoli, over-cooked asparagus, boiled potatoes, some sort of cooked cabbage that was really good, mashed sweet potatoes and cooked carrots that were coated with mayo, horseradish and cracker crumbs. We all had cereal when we got home.
