I started watching Friday Night Lights on Netflix back in November and it took me until about 2 weeks ago to finish the first 3 seasons... My binge watching game isn't what it used to be...
Breaking Bad took me almost 4 months to finish the 5 seasons because the episodes were long, because I just can't watch those kind of shows all the time like I can comedies. I can watch several episodes of comedies like HIMYM, P&R, Friends, etc in a day. But BB was tough to get through quickly (which I realize is a relative term...). That's why I decided to watch Friends for my next series instead of House of Cards. I just wasn't ready to start another drama series with long episodes, especially during school.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

You want to binge watch? Try Big Brother. 10-12 weeks, 3 episodes per week ....
Although, I sort of remember you didn't like BB.
Unless, of course, I have you confused with another trash can.

I had to rush to finish one season of BB to be ready in time for the next one airing on TV. I needed a cigarette to calm my nerves afterwards and I don't smoke. The only other piece of entertainment that did that to me was the movie Whiplash.

You could be mistaking him for the recycling bin.

I watched the entire first season of The Sopranos in a weekend and that was back in the dRk ages before Netflix and I had to call every Blockbuster Video in a 20 mile radius (it's Long Island - there were about 15) and then open an account at about 4 of them to get all the dvds. That's dedication. You younguns and your Netflix. Try making an effort to find those dvds. Nobody just handed them to me on a silver platter as though it was my given right to have it.

There's a slight chance I am no longer talking about dvds.

When I watched the Sopranos on DVDs rented from Blockbuster the discs were all badly scratched. Stupid damaged disc skipped over the final scene. All I saw was Tony in a diner, then nothing! Blackness! Now I'll never know how it ended! Thanks Blockbuster!

I've watched a couple episodes, but it was missing something for me. Maybe if I would start from the beginning of a season it'd be different.

Did you ask for a refund?

Earlier in the season there is a discussion about death that describes it as, "Everything just suddenly cutting to black." So the popular fan theory is that someone in the restaurant popped Tony in the back of the head. Hence the sudden cut to black.

Yeah - Tony and Bobby were I believe on a boat - which reminded me of a certain scene with Michael and Fredo in The Godfather - and I think it was meant to.
