I don’t keep up much with MLB these days, even though I played baseball myself from about the age of 5 through 15, but I’m rooting for the Blue Jays…!!!

Got home from droppin’ Matt off at work, and no electricity. When I left the house the AC was running and the ceiling fan was on for the dogs (Belle, Ranger and Ruby). Temp in the house was 85 degrees when I got home. Somebody ran into an electrical pole on the main road two blocks from our home.
They said it could be as much as two hours before power was restored…only 30 minutes later it was already on. They’re good about that where we live now.
When my MIL was still with us, we lost power for some work that was being done, for a similar amount of time. I had to get out the auxiliary oxygen tank for her during that, and she was fine.
Our temps are just still very warm, and I did open some windows to get some airflow, but warm may be an understatement…!!!!!

Not really, I'm a Twins fan. My husband is a huge Cubs fan and so was my mom. So I cheer for them when they don't play the Twins. I could usually take or leave the Brewers but I didn't like the picture they did after winning the series with the Cubs where they mocked the Cubs "W" flag with an "L" flag. I don't think that is good sportsmanship to publicly mock a team.
